About Us

 

Our Mission

 

The International Affairs Center (IAC) is a non-partisan,  non-sectarian, nonprofit organization that support and unite all American Immigrants in the Greater Flint Area. Through immigration and language services to the immigrant community and the community at large, the IAC works diligently to broaden understanding about and appreciation of Immigrants cultures and to encourage and recognize American Immigrants involvement in the Greater Flint Area community.

Our Objectives

 

1. Promote immigrants heritage and culture.

2. Assist American Immigrants of all ages and faiths in the Greater Flint Area.

3. Support the needs of the Immigrant community.

4. Educate and serve the Greater Flint community, promoting public understanding and appreciation.

5. Encourage all American Immigrants to become directly involved in American  civil society, through community service and civic participation.

6. Strengthen the IAC’s organizational and financial structures for future sustainability.
