Alfred was born in China, immigrated to the U.S in his teenage years, earned his Business Adm. degree from Michigan State University in 1972, operated his restaurant business for 20 years, then joined the realtor's profession for 22 years. Alfred was president of the Chinese Association of Greater Flint for 3 terms and a Board of Director for over 15 years, actively involved with many cultural exchange and enrichment programs, also volunteered countless hours with helping new immigrants with help finding and translation services. Alfred is married, has 3 kids attending U of M in Ann Arbor.
